Each Devace ASP.NET Hosting Plan
comes setup with a free, default MS Access
2000 database (.mdb file and ODBC DSN) that
you can begin using immediately with your
website. As a speciality provider of database
support and services, we have certified DBAs
on staff and support several database formats,
including MS Access, SQL
Server, and Oracle.
We can also accommodate custom database needs
or requirements.

Technical support is included in all
Devace website hosting plans, 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Our Data Center is staffed
with experienced and knowledgeable technical
staff and, unlike some hosting services, we
own and maintain all our own servers and peripherals.
This guarantees you prompt action for problem
resolutions or configuration changes that
may be required of your website setup. Our
staff includes Microsoft Certified Internet
Professionals, and our expertise in developing
sophisticated Windows2000 and UNIX web applications

Technical Support Center
Access to our Technical Support Center (TSC)
is provided free to all website hosting
plan customers. For new customers, the TSC
includes several pages that provide you
with all the information you need to setup
and begin using your new web hosting account.
You will find information on maintaining
your account records, tips on promoting
your site, and tutorials on how to use various
tools to upload to and manage your site
and more.
Advanced Users
For more advanced users, the TSC contains
several new sections on web programming
and application design. We've added new
pages describing how to add database support
to your website, descriptions of supported
scripts and ASP components, as well as FAQs
and tools you can use to refine your web
applications.
Support Forms
To better respond to customer requests,
our TSC contains several forms that allow
to make direct requests for changes to your
website. Using these forms, you can report
a problem, change your email account information,
request a database DSN, and more. You can
still email our Technical Support Department
directly, but we think you will find these
forms a convenient and timely way to issue
your requests.

Our no-nonsense 30-day money back
guarantee allows you to cancel your website
hosting plan within 30 days of account activation.
You may cancel your plan, without question,
for any reason at all.
If you cancel your plan within the first
30 days, you will NOT BE CHARGED for any hosting
activities incurred during the first 30 days,
and you will be refunded the full amount of
your initial payment. Please read the Cancellation

within the first 30 days of account activation,
you must notify us before the 30th day of
hosting. Your credit card will be refunded

After 30 days, no refunds will be given.

Non-Disclosure Assurance
As a term of employment, all of our personnel
are required to sign and abide by a Non-Disclosure
Agreement. By way of this agreement, customer
information or data that resides on our
servers shall not be disclosed by our personnel
to ANY third party, under any circumstances.
Privacy Policy
Information sent to us, and/or stored on
our servers, is regarded as highly confidential
and is kept in the strictest confidence.
We fully respect an individual's or organization's
right to privacy, and declare that no information
volunteered to us will be divulged to ANY
third party, and that all information will
be used solely for our own customer service
purposes.

Domain Registration and
InterNIC Fees
If you want to have your own website,
you require a unique domain name (eg. www.mydomain.com).
We will perform web registration tasks free
on behalf of our customers, who remain the
sole owner and Administrative Contact for
their domain names. If we register a domain
name on your behalf, you will charged $35.00
on your first bill statement.
